YourView is a private tool for logging and reflecting on your own self-reported health information. It is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing guidance, or recommendations, and it is not a substitute for professional care. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for medical questions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use YourView.

For anonymous accounts, your private link is your only credential. Anyone who has the link can access your log, and if you lose it there is no recovery — YourView has no email or password reset by design. Keep your link private and safe. You are responsible for activity under your log.

You agree not to:

• Enter another identifiable person's information without their consent.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service's security or other users' data.
• Scrape, resell, or misrepresent the service.

You keep ownership of what you log. You grant YourView the limited permission needed to store and display your data back to you, and to include it in aggregated, de-identified research statistics as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your individual data.

Paid plans and their features, prices, billing cycles, renewals, and refund terms are described at checkout [COUNSEL: insert final pricing, billing terms, auto-renewal disclosures, and refund/cancellation policy; confirm Stripe as processor]. Subscriptions renew until cancelled unless stated otherwise. The anonymous free tier remains available.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
